The purpose of the Pharma 5 website is to provide information on the activities of Pharma 5, a company operating in the pharmaceutical field, as well as on the products and services it markets. Pharma 5’s activity is highly regulated and under the supervision of the Ministry of Health.

Access to the pages in question is reserved for professional users as previously defined and having previously completed the registration form necessary to be issued a user name and password.
The user assures having provided accurate information during the registration process. (S)He undertakes to inform Pharma 5 of any change in this information without delay and in writing.
For technical or security reasons, Pharma 5 reserves the right to change the user name and/or password assigned to each user during registration.
The username and password assigned to each user are strictly personal. The user is solely responsible for its conservation, as well as the confidential nature of its user name and password. The rights granted to the user, and the related benefits, are personal and non-transferable. Any use of the site by employing the user name and/or password shall be deemed to have been made by the concerned user. Any loss, misappropriation or unauthorized use of the user name and/or password and their consequences shall be the responsibility of the user in question. In this case, the user undertakes to notify Pharma 5 without delay so that the latter may immediately change the password assigned at the time of registration.

The user indemnifies Pharma 5, as well as all persons involved in the creation, production and distribution of the site, against all claims, liability, costs and expenses resulting from the violation of these general conditions of use or in connection with the use of the site or any of its functionalities.
All information and data transmitted by the user are under his sole responsibility, the latter undertaking to guarantee and indemnify Pharma 5 against all direct and indirect damages that may result.
